All services are billed as per the agreed-upon schedule. Retainers are paid monthly in advance. Due to the nature of digital marketing services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, you may cancel your service at any time with 30 days' notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and reports created by Dipesh Works remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for their business purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dipesh Works is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we strive for the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to the dynamic nature of advertising platforms and search algorithms.

We respect your privacy and business data. All client information is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
